Arbitration
I have served as a Tribunal Assistant on three investor-state arbitrations through the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). I was Assistant to President Judge Thomas Buergenthal, the former U.S. Judge on the International Court of Justice, in the case of Teinver v. Argentina, which resulted in a $320 million award and explored novel issues in the use of third-party funding in investor-state arbitration. I have also also been an assistant to President Professor William W. Park on the Tribunals in Sodexo v. Hungary and Viaduct v. Bosnia.
In Summer 2021 I was a Scholar-in-Residence in the International Arbitration practice of WilmerHale in London.
I am a member of the Panel of Neutrals (Arbitrators) of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution and I have been been featured in its brochure of Distinguished Female Neutrals. I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
